I laughed the first time I heard my teenage son tell me that America was really a fascist country. I truly believed that I lived in the land of democracy and that fascism belonged in the history books and only happened in countries like Italy and Germany, not in America. That was before I woke up to 9/11 and began my journey of learning.
...And I found that learning about the deceit and cover-up of 9/11 was only the "tip of the iceberg." It has involved hours of research (it is all out there - just search the web using available search engines such as Google or Ask) to find out about what was really going on around me in this country that I was born and raised in.
Since then it has been a roller coaster ride where I've felt my stomach drop to the floor and my head nearly hit the ceiling... It has also been depressing because I did not realize how utterly corrupt our government really is - all the way around - in every nook and cranny. It was bad, getting worse and G.W. Bush and his crime bunch have made it sickening...
With George W. Bush as President we now have welcomed in The New World Order (NWO), the North American Union (NAU), Project for the New American Century (PNAC), Homeland Security (DHS), privitized military forces (Blackwater), the Patriot Act, loss of our Constitutional, Bill of Rights and Geneva rights, increasing and encouraged police brutality, endless red tape, no accountability by the President or his staff, terrorism perpetuated by the White House and not by outside forces, war crimes committed by USG personnel though they can never be prosecuted for them, murder of innocent U.S. citizens, murder of innocent world citizens, unnecessary deaths in our U.S. Armed Forces, a seemingly endless war on a nameless and unknown enemy, probable irreparable destabilization of our economy, decimation of our Social Security system, and the list can go on but my stomach just hit the floor again...
...And after researching and finding out that my son was, indeed, pretty "right on" and realizing, again, that the youth of America looks to be smarter than I am, I then discover that I have been paying the IRS with my hard earned cash when I did not have to. That was like the loop in the roller coaster ride and my stomach and my head went in two different directions. Will the deceit from our once-precious USG never stop? My head is beginning to hurt...
I was amazed to find out that there is no law, keyword law, that tells me I have to pay the IRS a penny. These are things you take for granted and, I suspect, that that is what the USG expects - that we will just take it for granted that there is one. Boy, have we all been played the fools! The USG said it was so and we bowed down and paid homage - without verification - just blind devotion. No wonder justice wears a blindfold! Justice is blind - to the rights of the people!
So it looks like we have illegal seizures by the IRS and all this property should be returned to its owners. That's the picture I'm getting here. And when I heard the story of Joe Lewis, famous boxer, I wanted to puke. Of course you never hear that stuff until after they are dead and gone...

Some interesting speculations bouncing around on the web on the Portland 10/18 bomb scare that was eventually played down by the media. So I've been thinking about it myself...
Short of the story is that a vehicle or vehicles (see article links below) used in the TOPOFF 4 exercise parked near the Doubletree Inn in downtown Portland was alerted on by bomb sniffing dogs three times. The reason the dogs were around in the first place was because they were checking things out in advance of Chertoff's arrival - making sure things were "a-okay" for the big man's stay at the Doubletree. Lo and behold a dog found a suspicious circumstance (funny how these things seem to keep happening) and one thing led to another. The situation was played down eventually because, well, the vehicle(s) was used in the exercise or was driven by someone that had participated in the exercise or something like that as no one seems to clearly know but it doesn't really add up very well...
I'm wondering...:
1. How many vehicles were really involved? One makes more sense to me but in some cases I read several...
2. Why did the incident take place before 2 p.m. while the exercise was still in progress and people were still participating but the vehicle was utilized by an exercise participant and it just so happened to be parked at the same hotel that Chertoff was checking into to...?
3. Why did this happen on the same day that Chertoff was to arrive?
4. How did the vehicle get so close to the actual exercise activities that elements used in the bombing portions of the exercise would have gotten "baked" into it? Seems odd that your private/rental vehicle would get that close to the material...
5. If the individual driving the vehicle had participated in bombing activities weren't they wearing protective clothing and going through detox before they left the site? Wasn't that what the exercise was supposed to be about?
6. Why did they shut down the metro rail service (MET) and several blocks surrounding the hotel? Is that normal procedure? I've read of other bomb scares and I can't recall that they've shut so many services down and closed such a large area. Usually it's localized - what did they really know?
7. Why did this incident occur the same day that the Port Arthur refinery had an explosion? Is that merely a coincidence? And gas prices rose almost immediately... Amazing stuff, that.
Is it possible that the bomb incident was a diversionary tactic to actually dismantle a bomb? (see email conversation links below) It's an interesting perspective and one that I'm not discounting. Especially considering all the activities that have occurred to date - Bent Spear, the U.S.'s Iranian spy satellite that was brought down that ended up in Peru - too numerous to list but all covered up or quickly dismissed... Maybe there were too many eyes on Portland so plans were changed?? I'd like to think so...
There is also some chatter that the Pakistan suicide bombing on Thursday was a planned event and that the three (TX, OR and Pakistan) were all linked. Hmmm I wonder... Certainly wouldn't discount that one too quickly either.
Pretty soon we can purchase our tickets online at Ticketmaster outlets, get our popcorn and drinks and watch these events happen - all while the USG officials run around us telling us it isn't real or planned or they don't know anything about it or someone else did it or that we're just a bunch of conspiracy "theorists" or psychotic left-wingers or right-wingers or overzealous U.S. Constitution/Bill of Rights supporters... Well, maybe they are right as I now hear the Twilight Zone overlaid by God Bless America music playing in my head so I guess it's time to go...

Today's message was the first message regarding such activities being performed around the BP Refinery and surrounding Texas City. Of course, I owe my knowledge of this site to Captain Eric H. May. Also, it is because of him that I decided to forward this email to you.
I have tried to contact Captain May, but to no avail. I have been wanting to talk to him about the Houston/Galveston area refineries and chemical plants, as a result of his posted claims to have known when certain "accidents" were to have taken place. One accident in particular that he mentioned was the March 23, 2005 explosion at BP Texas City. I was, and still am, employed there with Jacobs Engineering. My friend and supervisor, Arthur G. Ramos-Vietnam field medic, was one of the fifteen killed that day. And I was hoping to draw further information from Captain May surrounding said event.
If at all possible, in addition to the acceptance of this message, would you forward this message to Captain May as well? I would very much like to discuss these and other issues with him.

On October 4, 2007, BP and other clients of the Port of Texas City participated in a major "security/terrorism" table-top exercise with federal and local government agencies (The FBI, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), City of Texas City, County of Galveston, etc.) at the Doyle Convention Center. While this exercise was in progress at the Doyle Center, the BP Texas City Incident Management Team activated and ran a drill at the refinery paralleling the same terrorism scenarios.
This Thursday October 18, 2007, BP and other clients of the Port of Texas City will participate in a "live" security/terrorism exercise with federal and local agencies in the Port of Texas City.
Beginning Tuesday, October 16, and Wednesday, October 17, the public media will be informed of this exercise in order to properly advise the citizens of the City of Texas City about the exercise. The exercise will be conducted from the early morning hours of October 18, until noon on that day. All persons entering the port on October 18 will be reminded of the exercise in progress.
Normal operations will continue at our BP Texas City marine facilities without disruptions throughout the exercise. Exercise Controllers will be present at all times to monitor the scene. FBI SWAT & Bomb Techs, Texas City Police Department SWAT, Galveston County Sheriff Dept. Marine Units, and DHS-USCG will be participating in this major event.
All employees should continue to go about their normal duties during the exercise, with safety being the primary focus of every individual at the site.

I have read some frightening things about implementing martial law in the U.S. and it sounds like it is more reality than fiction.
Martial law would be devastating and I don't think that most people have any idea what it would mean...
I have read that Cheney has said "when martial law is imposed" but I didn't save the article and can no longer locate it. Using "when" vs. "if" is highly significant and it concerns and frightens me. We are on a most terrible path...
I think we need to be very vigilant. Something is amiss... Even George W. Bushs' conceding to bring troops home from Iraq all of a sudden is worrying. I think there is more to it than what the public is seeing or what we are being told...
Further, consider that the next "attack" on America may not be a terrorist attack or a bomb at all - it may very well be a flu outbreak, such as avian flu (H5N1). This has been one of Bushs' favorite topics so it is not unlikely that this would be the ammo that would bring about martial law and his much desired position as dictator of this country. Maybe you actually missed this story which broke on CNN 9/6/07... I cannot locate the original CNN story though I read it at work on Thursday. The basics are that a B52 loaded with 6 cruise missiles with active nuclear warheads flew for 3 hours from Minot AFB, North Dakota to Barksdale AFB, Louisiana. The problem: no one knew the cruise missiles had active warheads installed! Ooops! Bet those pilots had a few drinks after finding out about that one! Just makes you feel all warm and cozy knowing how well you are looked after by your USAF on home ground! Well, in all fairness, a guy did get fired and there is an investigation. That should fix it right up. Right?
Oh, and did you know that, this time, when George W. Bush was told of this incident he actually reacted! Amazing! He didn't just sit there he actually, sort of, jumped up and got worried. And to think that with this incident no one got hurt! hmmmm
BTW I'm amazed at how quickly all that investigation and firing activity took place! Compare to the investigations into the misdoings of 9/11, which have yet to occur. And with 9/11 there were nearly 3000 people murdered and to this day people continue to die from disease, cancer and sickness from the fallout! Not one USG official has been fired yet!

The Air Force continued handing out disciplinary actions in response to the six nuclear warheads mistakenly flown on a B-52 Stratofortress bomber from Minot Air Force Base, N.D., to Barksdale Air Force Base, La., on Aug. 30. The squadron commander in charge of Minot’s munitions crews was relieved of all duties pending the investigation. It was originally reported that five nuclear warheads were transported, but officers who tipped Military Times to the incident who have asked to remain anonymous since they are not authorized to discuss the incident, have since updated that number to six.
Hans Kristensen, director of the Nuclear Information Project at the Federation of American Scientists, said a host of security checks and warning signs must have been passed over, or completely ignored, for the warheads to have been unknowingly loaded onto the B-52. “It’s not like they had nuclear ACMs and conventional ACMs right next to each other and they just happened to load one with a nuclear warhead,” Kristensen said.
The Defense Department uses a computerized tracking program to keep tabs on each one of its nuclear warheads, he said. For the six warheads to make it onto the B-52, each one would have had to be signed out of its storage bunker and transported to the bomber. Diligent safety protocols would then have had to been ignored to load the warheads onto the plane, Kristensen said. All ACMs loaded with a nuclear warhead have distinct red signs distinguishing them from ACMs without a nuclear yield, he said. ACMs with nuclear warheads also weigh significantly more than missiles without them.
Along with the 5th Munitions Squadron commander, the munitions crews involved in mistakenly loading the nuclear warheads at Minot have been temporarily decertified from performing their duties involving munitions, pending corrective actions or additional training, Thomas said.

Six nuclear bombs left Minot but only five made it to Barksdale - where is the missing nuke?? There has been much speculation and concern. Is this connected to Steve Fossett? Why were satellites used in the search for Fossett?
