As Kurt Nimmo points out in his article, Al-Qaeda, the Muslim Blackwater, "the CIA-ISI cobbled together terrorist group going by the handle “al-Qaeda” is akin to Blackwater, the American mercenary corporation."

This actually shouldn't be too surprising or a revelation as Blackwater has demonstrated themselves to be USG-sanctioned terrorists. But isn't it always nice to keep reading it?

Nimmo goes on to point out, as others have countless times before, that Al-Qaeda was formed and founded by U.S. dollars and that Al-Qaeda "is a Frankenstein manufactured by the United States."

And Frankenstein is a good way to describe them... Even Frankenstein couldn't help himself once he was created. He just kept blundering along, creating mayhem and destruction in his path... And, unfortunately for Frankenstein, the creator has to eventually "do away" with him because he realizes that he has created something that he cannot control - he has created a "monster."

And, oh, surprise, Al-Qaeda members are joining for money more than ideology and are no different than the retired SEAL and merc soldiers that are joining Blackwater for the same.

Many are looking for more than what they have and money sure can talk. Whoever thinks that money is not the root of most if not all evil is full of shit...

Chavez Attacks U.S. at OPEC Summit

President Hugo Chavez

In his opening remarks at the OPEC summit in Saudi Arabia Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez attacked the U.S. by stating, "If the United States was mad enough to attack Iran or aggress Venezuela again the price of a barrel of oil could reach $150 or even $200."

Chavez further stated that "[t]he basis of all aggression is oil. It is the underlying reason."

OPEC officials have stated that they will not make decisions at this meeting on whether production will increase and that that decision will be made by the energy ministers at their meeting next month.

Concerns still abound on the weak U.S. dollar but OPEC members feel that it is no longer a concern as long as oil prices stay high.

This is only the third summit held by OPEC in its 47 year history.

The Biofuel Lie

We are reading a lot about biofuels these days and there are opinions on both sides on whether or not the rush to produce biofuel crops is destructive.

While everyone agrees that we need to wean ourselves away from our dependency on petroleum-based oil products, finding the right "product" or path to accomplishing this is causing concern.

What do you really know about biofuels?

Biofuel, involves a process in which plants, sometimes genetically-altered plants, such as sugar, grain and cellulose, are converted into products that can be used in place of gasoline-based products. Sounds innocent and easy enough, eh? Learn more...

The International Energy Agency published Biofuels for Transport: An International Perspective in 2004. This approx. 200-page book provides a good background into what biofuels are and how they can be used but it does not provide the whole story of biofuel and their destructive natures.

For those who don't read the book and want to know what goes into making a biofuel let's just look at biodiesel...

To make biodiesel, vegetable oil (derived from plants and flowers), used frying oil, or animal fats are mixed with alcohol and a catalyst (sodium or potassium hydroxide), broken down and purified and finally produced. This product can then be used as fuel for your automobile instead of traditional gasoline. I believe some modification is required to your vehicle to use the product but you are expected to know that already...

Why isn't biofuels a great and wonderful thing? And what's the big lie? Read on...

Well, the problem arises in what you don't hear or read about in the effort to make biofuels a reality. While most publications review all the advantages and costs, pro and con, for moving forward with biofuels from an economic viewpoint they don't consider the issue from a social or human viewpoint. In other words, the information doesn't take into account what massive biofuel farming does to the local farmer or to the planet.

So let's look at what the EU has been saying about it...

Oxfam International, a consortium of organizations, is one of several groups that has been voicing concern about the explosion and exploitation of biofuels at the local level. Oxfams' most recent press release of November 1st titled Biofuelling Poverty - EU Plans Could be Disastrous for Poor People discusses the need to look at the affects of biofuel farming in more detail as its results are hazardous to both people and the environment.

Oxfam points out that small landowners are being run-over or run-out by large landowners in the rush to produce biofuel crops. Many small landowners are starving and are no longer able to care for themselves or their families.

The Transnational Institute, an international network of activist-scholars, also have been assessing the biofuel situation and have posted many articles criticizing the global push for biofuel production. Oscar Reyes published Agro-fooling Ourselves in October 2007 and the article summary read:

EU and US targets and subsidies are fuelling a growing demand for ‘agrofuels’. Far from being a sustainable energy source, the increased cultivation of crops for fuel threatens the world’s poor with starvation, damages biodiversity and even contributes to global warming.

If you are reading the materials and articles provided you are, hopefully, hearing the message. Not only are biofuels destructive to the environment but they are destroying people's lives.

Maybe you don't care because these people live in Third World countries and, in the reality of things, that is what our government wants from you. That is, if you are a good New World Order citizen...

Anyway let's look at something closer to home turf - Wal-Mart. Personally, I despise Wal-Mart and will not shop there... If we could stop people from shopping at Wal-Mart we will have accomplished a wonderful thing! Talk about a corporation that exploits people and countries...but don't get me started.

Alliance to Save Energy: Walmart

The Clinton Climate Initiative, headed up by Former President Bill Clinton, announced this week that it has teamed up with Wal-Mart (are you surprised!?) to initiate and provide clean energy products. Note that Mr. Al Gore is in the thick of all this, as well, Nobel Peace Prize and all.

As most know, Hillary Clinton served on the board of directors for Wal-Mart for six years so there are close Clinton ties with the local store killer giant. This woman scares me and anyone who backs her, wants her for President or trusts her is out of their mind.

Another big giant to watch is Home Depot who has teamed up with Conoco on eco-friendly initiatives.

Home Depot and Wal-Mart are members of the Alliance to Save Energy team. Looks like the Alliance to Save Energy team is made up of strong First World players...

All these companies do, the Wal-Mart's, the Home Depot's, and the alliance associates of Alliance to Save Energy, is exploit the little guy - the Third World country people. And biofuels are another, big, very big, exploitation.

In summary, biofuel education is not happening. You are not hearing about how biofuels are destroying lives and destroying our planet. That's the lie. The media manipulators don't want you to hear about that!

And like other events in this country and in this world, information is being suppressed and only the propaganda that the government wants you to hear and know is being circulated. It's called the dumbing down of society.

Biofuels is not the answer to the ill. It is a band-aid and anyone who works in a business environment knows what a band-aid effect is like.

Stop the lies! Don't be a victim of the New World Order propaganda machine. You can fight the "dumbing down" by educating yourself and speaking out. Learn about biofuels and what it really does to people and our environment. Talk to others and educate them. It's never too late...

America: Fascist, Totalitarian Maybe, Definitely Not Democratic

I laughed the first time I heard my teenage son tell me that America was really a fascist country. I truly believed that I lived in the land of democracy and that fascism belonged in the history books and only happened in countries like Italy and Germany, not in America. That was before I woke up to 9/11 and began my journey of learning.

...And I found that learning about the deceit and cover-up of 9/11 was only the "tip of the iceberg." It has involved hours of research (it is all out there - just search the web using available search engines such as Google or Ask) to find out about what was really going on around me in this country that I was born and raised in.

Since then it has been a roller coaster ride where I've felt my stomach drop to the floor and my head nearly hit the ceiling... It has also been depressing because I did not realize how utterly corrupt our government really is - all the way around - in every nook and cranny. It was bad, getting worse and G.W. Bush and his crime bunch have made it sickening...

With George W. Bush as President we now have welcomed in The New World Order (NWO), the North American Union (NAU), Project for the New American Century (PNAC), Homeland Security (DHS), privitized military forces (Blackwater), the Patriot Act, loss of our Constitutional, Bill of Rights and Geneva rights, increasing and encouraged police brutality, endless red tape, no accountability by the President or his staff, terrorism perpetuated by the White House and not by outside forces, war crimes committed by USG personnel though they can never be prosecuted for them, murder of innocent U.S. citizens, murder of innocent world citizens, unnecessary deaths in our U.S. Armed Forces, a seemingly endless war on a nameless and unknown enemy, probable irreparable destabilization of our economy, decimation of our Social Security system, and the list can go on but my stomach just hit the floor again...

...And after researching and finding out that my son was, indeed, pretty "right on" and realizing, again, that the youth of America looks to be smarter than I am, I then discover that I have been paying the IRS with my hard earned cash when I did not have to. That was like the loop in the roller coaster ride and my stomach and my head went in two different directions. Will the deceit from our once-precious USG never stop? My head is beginning to hurt...

I was amazed to find out that there is no law, keyword law, that tells me I have to pay the IRS a penny. These are things you take for granted and, I suspect, that that is what the USG expects - that we will just take it for granted that there is one. Boy, have we all been played the fools! The USG said it was so and we bowed down and paid homage - without verification - just blind devotion. No wonder justice wears a blindfold! Justice is blind - to the rights of the people!

So it looks like we have illegal seizures by the IRS and all this property should be returned to its owners. That's the picture I'm getting here. And when I heard the story of Joe Lewis, famous boxer, I wanted to puke. Of course you never hear that stuff until after they are dead and gone...

Today's message was the first message regarding such activities being performed around the BP Refinery and surrounding Texas City. Of course, I owe my knowledge of this site to Captain Eric H. May. Also, it is because of him that I decided to forward this email to you.

I have tried to contact Captain May, but to no avail. I have been wanting to talk to him about the Houston/Galveston area refineries and chemical plants, as a result of his posted claims to have known when certain "accidents" were to have taken place. One accident in particular that he mentioned was the March 23, 2005 explosion at BP Texas City. I was, and still am, employed there with Jacobs Engineering. My friend and supervisor, Arthur G. Ramos-Vietnam field medic, was one of the fifteen killed that day. And I was hoping to draw further information from Captain May surrounding said event.

If at all possible, in addition to the acceptance of this message, would you forward this message to Captain May as well? I would very much like to discuss these and other issues with him.

On October 4, 2007, BP and other clients of the Port of Texas City participated in a major "security/terrorism" table-top exercise with federal and local government agencies (The FBI, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), City of Texas City, County of Galveston, etc.) at the Doyle Convention Center. While this exercise was in progress at the Doyle Center, the BP Texas City Incident Management Team activated and ran a drill at the refinery paralleling the same terrorism scenarios.

This Thursday October 18, 2007, BP and other clients of the Port of Texas City will participate in a "live" security/terrorism exercise with federal and local agencies in the Port of Texas City.

Beginning Tuesday, October 16, and Wednesday, October 17, the public media will be informed of this exercise in order to properly advise the citizens of the City of Texas City about the exercise. The exercise will be conducted from the early morning hours of October 18, until noon on that day. All persons entering the port on October 18 will be reminded of the exercise in progress.

Normal operations will continue at our BP Texas City marine facilities without disruptions throughout the exercise. Exercise Controllers will be present at all times to monitor the scene. FBI SWAT & Bomb Techs, Texas City Police Department SWAT, Galveston County Sheriff Dept. Marine Units, and DHS-USCG will be participating in this major event.

All employees should continue to go about their normal duties during the exercise, with safety being the primary focus of every individual at the site.

Is Martial Law in the U.S. Just Right Around the Corner?

I have read some frightening things about implementing martial law in the U.S. and it sounds like it is more reality than fiction.

1. Take the new military exercise - Vigilant Shield 08 - which begins October 15th. The official release has a tone to it that leaves you wondering if it isn't just a prep for martial law. Could our own sons, daughters, husbands, wives, mothers and fathers turn their weapons on us?
2. There's also the National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive, aka NATIONAL SECURITY PRESIDENTIAL DIRECTIVE/NSPD 51, aka HOMELAND SECURITY PRESIDENTIAL DIRECTIVE/HSPD-20, which was signed into law by George W. Bush in May 2007. This new directive didn't get much press but it certainly sounds like George W. Bush will make himself dictator in event of any catastrophe. He already acts like one so why not be one...
3. The John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007 AKA H.R. 5122 essentially over-ruled or re-wrote other policies and Section 1076 allows the President to declare an emergency and deploy federal troops to take over the National Guard and local police. Two acts that prevented a President from performing this on a whim, the Insurrection Act and the Posse Comitatus Act, were basically eliminated with this new act.
4. The purchase of light and super light aircraft, such as those built by Adam Aircraft and changes in FAA rules and regulations as regards these aircraft. Dick Cheney visited Adam Aircraft in 04 and is in favor of the lighter craft as they are easier to maneuver when enforcing martial law.
5. The latest military stand down on Sept 14th in which all aircraft were grounded. It was done, supposedly, due to the B52/nuclear warhead incident that occurred a couple of weeks ago but it is highly unusual that ALL aircraft and personnel are grounded for a day when it was a very specific incident.
6. George W. Bushs' own disdain and disrespect for the U.S. Constitution. He was quoted as saying that it was "just a god damned piece of paper."
7. The discussion of setting up fences and walls around our borders is just a guise to move forward with a unified North American Union (U.S., Canada and Mexico). The ultimate goal is the expansion of I-35 from Canada through the U.S. to the ports of Mexico, often referred to as the NAFTA "Superhighway."
8. Kellogg Brown & Roots’ (a subsidiary of Halburton) award of a $385 million over a five-year term, consisting of a one-year based period and four one-year options, contract to establish detention facilities in the U.S. under the guise of “an emergency influx of immigrants or in the event of a natural disaster, the contractor could be tasked with providing housing for ICE personnel performing law enforcement functions in support of reliefefforts.” KB&R is working jointly with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcements’ Detention and Removal Operations (DRO), of which ICE DRO was established in 2003 as “the largest investigative arm of the Department of Homeland Security.”
9. Changes to a federal statute in which the Attorney General can make decisions in regards to prisoners of the U.S.
10. The “rapid, action revision” change to AR 210-35 Civilian Inmate Labor Program as governed by the U.S. Army. This has ominous overtones as it discusses the guidelines on how civilian prisoners will be treated on U.S. Army bases within the U.S. itself.

Martial law would be devastating and I don't think that most people have any idea what it would mean...

• It means that the USG can come into your home - you will have no privacy. You will not be entitled to it anymore.
• It means that the USG will confiscate any weapons that you have because you can't carry them any more - it will not be your right.
• It means you will lose your U.S. Constitutional rights.
• It means that the draft will be imposed of a nature that when your children reach the age of 18 they will be conscripted into military service.
• It means that percentage rates on outstanding loans and credit cards could jump to outrageous interest rates.
• It means that businesses (your job!) could force you to work for less/no money and take away your benefits. They will do this because it will be "best" for the country...

I have read that Cheney has said "when martial law is imposed" but I didn't save the article and can no longer locate it. Using "when" vs. "if" is highly significant and it concerns and frightens me. We are on a most terrible path...

I think we need to be very vigilant. Something is amiss... Even George W. Bushs' conceding to bring troops home from Iraq all of a sudden is worrying. I think there is more to it than what the public is seeing or what we are being told...

Further, consider that the next "attack" on America may not be a terrorist attack or a bomb at all - it may very well be a flu outbreak, such as avian flu (H5N1). This has been one of Bushs' favorite topics so it is not unlikely that this would be the ammo that would bring about martial law and his much desired position as dictator of this country. Conservative estimates are that, if H5N1 crosses over into the human population, as many as 55% of infected people would die (http://www.pandemicflu.gov/general/).
