There is grave concern for the citizens of the areas around and in Portland, OR, Phoenix, AZ, Guam and other areas where TOPOFF 4 is exercising their military muscle. However, the big concern is PORTLAND. Why? Because Portland is considered a breeding ground for dissent and it is so left (excuse the pun) of the rest of the nation that the Bush crime family would love to see it eliminated. Hopefully there will be enough talk, chatter and blogging about it that nothing will occur but it behooves us to be vigilant and to spread the word about what the Bush neo-con regime could be up to.
A concerned citizen of Portland wrote a “personal manifesto” to be distributed throughout the Internet and it is our duty to ensure that his concerns are communicated. As with the Kennebunkport Warning it may be possible to avert a potentially serious situation just by communicating information around and to the public. We must make people aware! The sheep must wake up to the seriousness of the problems and situations facing our country and the world at large today!
