9/11 Truth: It Does Matter!

Today I read a blog titled 9/11 Truthers: It Doesn't Matter! and I was amazed to read the following in their piece:

"...I could not find one explanation on any site as to why finding out the truth about 9/11 is important. This kind of information might be obvious to 9/11 truthers themselves, but for a skeptic like me, knowing the goals and reasoning behind these groups is really important."

Does this person not realize that innocent people were murdered as a result of the lies and deception of 9/11? That people DIED in the WTC, in the Pentagon, in the planes, and in PA? And that innocent first responders, such as our fire and police personnel, as well as the average "Joe/Jill" citizen that helped are dying left and right since that fateful day with very little help or assistance or acknowledgment from the USG? Is that not important??

Or that intelligent and educated people have tried repeatedly to tell the country in various ways since September 2001 that what occurred and what may have been perceived by the mind was not reality and those professors, pilots, administrators, architects, public officials, and the like have been degraded, demeaned, declared mentally incompetent, fired or dismissed from their professions, disappeared or died (some under very mysterious circumstances) and this is not important? All of this linked with trying to educate/enlighten the American people to 9/11 "truth." None of these things or people are important or matter?

Or that this country has been led on a wild goose chase which has drained our pocketbooks, destroyed our Social Security system, massacred our Constitution, killed thousands of our men and women in a war we should never have fought, in a country where we have killed thousands more men, women, and children - all in the name of terrorism - while all the time it really was all about gaining the ground toward oil and power? Doesn't all this have much to do with finding out the truth behind 9/11?

As the author of this blog stated, "...debunking would be worthless in a practical sense." And according to this person, we should just all work together to undo the wrong that the current neo-con administration has created (like it is as simple as unraveling a ball of string), join our hands together and do the kumbaya. Stupid and ignorant, at the very least, but we do have the right to express our opinion on the internet - for the moment at least.
